Each engagement type is structured around the nature of the work and the consequence of the decisions it informs. Select any type to read the scope and what it includes.
The engagement process is the same for every mandate, regardless of scale or seniority. It is the structural condition that ensures every engagement begins correctly.
Every engagement begins here. The enquiry form is the only entry point to an HRB engagement. There are no preliminary calls, no intake processes, and no automated acknowledgements.
A structured written response follows every enquiry that presents a serious structural question. If the enquiry does not present a structural question HRB can address, the response will say so directly.
What makes a good enquiry
A specific structural question. A described decision or challenge. Context on the organisation and the nature of the mandate. The more precise the enquiry, the more useful the initial response.
